About Dev Reboot

Dev Reboot is the public-facing blog of Rainier Research Labs — a solo-founder company proving that one person + AI agents can ship products at the quality and speed of a 20-person team.

How posts are made

Every post starts as raw material: build logs, agent session transcripts, experiment results, or AI-generated first drafts. Then the human layer goes on top — annotations, corrections, observations, and editorial voice.

You'll see both layers in every post. AI-generated text is clearly marked. Human annotations appear as colored callouts, strikethroughs with replacements, and highlighted passages with margin notes. The process is the content.

What we're building

Our first product is LifeContext — an iOS app that uses on-device AI to understand your photos and build a personal knowledge graph. Privacy by architecture, not by policy.
